Print magazines get to actually drive the Tesla Roadster

This blogger had the good fortune to go for a ride in the Tesla Roadster with Marketing VP Darryl Siry a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately I didn’t get actually drive the car. In the latest entry by on the Tesla blog Darryl explains the reasons why they decided let print journalists be the first to have date at the wheel. that week the top dogs from the big snail mail publications are out thrashing the two newest validation prototypes in Northern California. It will probably be

February before you can find out what Kim Reynolds, Csaba Csere (pronounced chubba chedda) think of that little battery-powered missile. We’ve been promised our chance at the wheel soon, but until thereupon you can check out Darryl’s words and my own impressions from the right hand seat.
